Who we are

Sugarclick Marketing, LLC (“Sugarclick,” “we” or “us”) is a small, family-owned Google Ads and Bing Ads agency based in Broward County, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through sugarclickmarketing.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

• When you fill out a form on our site, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, website and anything you tell us about your advertising.
• When you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you share with us.
• If you become a client, we collect what we need to do the work and bill for it: contact and business details, access to your ad accounts, the agreement you sign and how you choose to pay.

Information collected automatically

• Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, browser types and pages visited, to run and protect the site.
• WordPress sets cookies when someone signs in, and services built into our pages may set their own. Our homepage includes a YouTube video and our reviews section loads from Google Maps, so Google may set cookies or receive information such as your IP address when they load or when you use them.
• We may use analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, to understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure our own ads. These tools may use cookies too.

Our client dashboards

Clients can sign in to private dashboards on our site. When they do, we record which dashboard pages they view and how they use them, such as time on the page and which sections they open, so we can make the dashboards more useful. These records stay on our site, don’t include IP addresses, and are deleted after about 13 months.

Payments

Client payments are handled by our payment processors, Stripe and Square. You enter your card or bank details with them directly, and we never see or store full card or account numbers.

How we use information

• To answer your questions and provide the free audits and consultations you ask for.
• To run, report on and bill for our clients’ ad campaigns.
• To operate, protect and improve our site.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

How we share information

We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as website hosting, email, form handling and payment processing), with Google and Microsoft as part of managing a client’s ad accounts, when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.

Google Maps

Our reviews section shows reviews from Google Maps. Use of that section is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiries for as long as they are useful for following up. We keep client records for as long as we work together and afterward for as long as tax and legal rules require.

Keeping information safe

We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections and limited access. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send passwords or full account numbers through our forms or by email.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we have about you by emailing sales@sugarclickmarketing.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children

Our site is meant for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
